Roy grew up playing hockey on the frozen ponds of northern Alberta. Unfortunately, the big league never came calling and his dream of playing for the Oilers passed. His allegiance to the Oil never wavered and he gladly accepted the role of being a fan for life. Thankfully, the good people at Oil On Whyte have provided the venue for Roy to express his opinions and views on the thrills and misfortunes of the Oilers as they continually strive to capture the cup.
