The Edmonton Oilers are a team that is no stranger to disappointment so far this season. Last night’s game only added to their tough start to the season, as they fell to the Philadelphia Flyers. This season has been a rough start for the Oilers, having only won one out of their first four games. I think fans are starting to worry about the team’s chances this season, and it’s up to the team to turn things around before it’s too late.

The Oilers were outplayed for most of the game, struggling to build momentum and make significant plays on the ice. Despite their efforts, the team couldn’t turn the tide in their favour, and the game ended with a loss. It’s not a promising sign for the Edmonton Oilers, who have a lot of work to do if they want to win the Stanely Cup this year.

The team’s struggles have been apparent in their recent games. They have been unable to score goals consistently, and their defense has been shaky at best. They have also had trouble with turnovers, which have cost them valuable scoring opportunities. These issues need to be addressed if the Oilers want to turn things around and start winning games.

The Oilers are not without their bright spots, however. Once again I thought Jack Campbell played a solid game. He may have only put up a 0.875SV%, but on the eye test, he looked good. The goals he did let in were not his fault, the exception would be the Walker shorthanded goal, which I am sure he would like to have back.

The team’s coaching staff also has a role to play in the Oilers’ success this season. They need to analyze the team’s performance and identify areas that need improvement. They also need to develop a game plan that plays to the team’s strengths and addresses their weaknesses. The biggest thing they need to do is get the team to play harder.

In the end, the Edmonton Oilers are supposed to be a competitive team this season. They have the talent and the coaching staff to make it happen. However, they need to start winning games and building momentum if they want to make it to the playoffs. With hard work and dedication, the Oilers can turn things around and start winning games.
