Edmonton Oilers Vs The Vegas Golden Knights

This series will be much different to watch than the series against the Los Angeles Kings. The Kings strength is overall team defence, and they are really good at it. They just weren`t good enough to stop the Edmonton Oilers offensive depth.

The Vegas Golden Knights in my opinion have a more skilled defence but their team defence is nowhere near as strong as the Kings. The Knights are more like the Edmonton Oilers in the fact that they like to have their offence win them games.

This will be a much more open series because of that. There are going to be some major changes when it comes to game plans. It will also be more enjoyable to watch as a fan. There will be a lot less dump-and-chase hockey, which will make everyone happy.

Prediction

I was only one game off in the last series when I figures the Edmonton Oilers would win in 5. I think this series is going to go fairly similar to the way the Calgary Flames series did last season. Where the Knights will win one game in a shootout. I think that will be game 2.

Game 1 will have the teams feeling each other out and I think it will be low scoring with the Edmonton Oilers winning. After that, the Golden Knights will win game two by a score of something like 7-4. I then think the Oilers will win 3 of the next 4 games, with one of the losses coming in Edmonton.

I am picking the Edmonton Oilers to beat the Vegas Golden Knights in 6 games.
