Is Brett Kulak on his way out the door?

Personally, I would hold off on trading Kulak for now. He has precedence for success here, but keep an eye on the situation and maybe closer to the trade deadline pull the trigger.

All three of the options are less attractive than I anticipated, but honestly, I think Edmundson seems like the best choice if I had to pick one. He’s a cup winner and he has the most experience in the playoffs.

But if I’m Ken Holland I’m getting feedback from the rest of the management team before pulling the trade-off, especially if the Bison King is generating trade interest all on his own.

The way this team is looking now, I don’t think there’s really a need to make major surgery to the roster. Campbell is rounding into the form so no more goaltending worries. Kulak is rounding into the form so you may not need help on D anymore. Klim Kostin and Vincent Desharnais have provided some necessary physicality to the roster – to say nothing of Evander Kane returning on that front.

If I’m Holland I exercise patience at this point before making a decision. I suspect we may see only minor moves at the deadline.
