Marc-Andre Fleury

Marc-Andre Fleury and the Chicago Blackhawks have not been a match made in heaven through the first few games. Fleury and the Hawks are winless with him in the net, and last night’s game against the Red Wings saw Chicago opt for Lankinen over Fleury after a few days of rest.

The Hawks might be willing to move Fleury and hold back money if the Oilers gave the right price. A second-round pick in the next few years and Koskinen could give the Oilers the hall of fame goaltender they definitely would prefer splitting the net with Smith.

This would definitely be a good acquisition for the team, especially if things continue to go negatively in Chicago. The Oilers could take a chance on the fact that the issues with the Blackhawks are not on Fleury, and then see the rewards of having him in their net, even if it is just for a season.

Fleury on this team would be a great move for the postseason, and it is one addition that will be a rental, unlike some of the other names on this list.
