Oilers Come To Terms With Lennart Petrell

The Edmonton Oilers have announced a one year extension for winger Lennart Petrell.

Petrell played 60 games in 2011-12 on Edmonton’s fourth line, finishing with nine points (4-5-9) and 45 PIM. Terms have not been released.

Cap hit is not yet known, but I’ll take a stab and say it’s likely near the 900K mark it was last year.

Is this the signing that pushes Hordichuk off Oiler Island?
