Ripe for abuse, this one is.
While the Oilers are wrapping up another season without playoffs, we’re going to do the usual and not concentrate on the heartbreak that has been April.
Rather, we’re going to take a look ten stories that mattered this year. Yes, missing the playoffs for six consecutive seasons sucks, but think about some of the finer things that have happened for the Oilers this year. Think about…
- Taylor Hall’s continued maturation.
- RNH having a successful rookie campaign.
- Jordan Eberle absolutely dominating the score sheet
- 89’s 8 point campaign.
Or, the time you ordered three draft beers and instead of getting charged $24 you only got hit for $16. Top ten material.
Over the next two weeks, some of my greatest hits (and misses) will be up for your review. Ten of them, actually. Cheer (or jeer) for the selections. Like an Advent calendar, keep eating the chocolate until you get to the big day.
The list will begin this weekend. What are some of your top ten moments from this season?
