Rishaug: Hemsky Offered Deal Believed To Be 2 Years In Length

Can confirm there is an offer on the table to Hemsky that he is considering at this time.. Believe it to be a 2 year deal. #tradecentre

Hemsky’s current cap hit is 4.1M and he’s making $5M this season.  I asked Ryan if he had any numbers to go with this offer, and without knowing for sure, I’d be surprised if there wasn’t at least a 10% raise on his money this year.

To be clear:  I don’t know any numbers, but would be surprised if it wasn’t 5.5 a year.
