The Oilers have dealt Ryan O’Marra to the Anaheim Ducks for defenceman Bryan Rodney. Let’s give’r a look…
BRYAN RODNEY
6′, 204 LBS
POSITION: Defence
DOB: 22 APR 84
BORN: London, Ontario
SHOOTS: Right
QUICK LOOK
Rodney’s last regular season action was with the Hurricanes in 2010-11, he played three games. He has 33 career NHL games, all with Carolina. This season he’s 5-15-20 (-10 +/-) in 41 GP with the Syracuse Crunch.
The Oilers trade Ryan O’Marra who spent most of his season with the Barons. The centre did have 7 games with the Oilers this season, registering an assist. He’s been with the Oilers / Barons / Falcons since 2007-08, and we wish him well in his career in Anaheim or wherever he may go.
And, good luck to YOU, Bryan Rodney. If we ever see you in the bigs, you’ll be hearing a lot of this.
