Oilers face Toronto for the second time in nine days, look to even season series at 1. Oilers on a one game winning streak after defeating Ottawa in overtime on the wings of a Taylor Hall mid-air backhand. Leafs will be looking for blood after suffering a 5-1 defeat in Calgary last night. Oilers are 5-4-1 over their last ten, Leafs are also 5-4-1, but are 0-4-0 in their last four.
- Toronto’s Phil Kessel has 61 points in 57 GP for the Leafs. Not bad, Phil Kessel.
- D FENZ: Corey Potter is out of tonight’s contest with a groin injury. Cam Barker will look to shore up the back end in his place. Keep moving, Barker.
- O FENZ: Magnus Paajarvi has scored! It really happened. He’ll get another crack at top six minutes as he’s penciled in as the 2LW.
- SPLIT ENZ : Khabibulin will get his second start in as many games after winning his twelfth game of the season on Saturday against the Senators. The Leafs are likely to go with James Reimer in net as Jonas Gustafsson picked up the L in Calgary.
