Three From OKC

After last night’s encouraging 6-2 loss to Calgary, the Oilers have recalled forwards Lennart Petrell, Teemu Hartikainen and defenceman Taylor Chorney from the Oklahoma City Barons.

Petrell began the 2011-12 season as a fourth line, eight minute a night guy.  Petrell recorded four points (2G-2A) in nine games, which is perfect if I’m looking for production from my fourth line.  Winger Teemu Hartikainen (3 games, 0 points) and defenceman Taylor Chorney (2 games, 0 points) will look to stick for a bit on a team that’s dropped three straight and are 2-7-1 over their last ten overall.

To make room, the Oilers assigned Colten Teubert, Josh Green and Ryan O’Marra to OKC.

Shuffle ‘em up.  Let’s go.
