- OILERS NEXT FOUR- Edmonton’s next four games are against Columbus (tonight), Calgary, Colorado and Carolina. Say that ten times fast. It’s December, and Edmonton is still in the hunt. Take two points tonight. Take two against the next four at home.
-
Lines look surprisingly similar to last game. Only change: Devan Dubnyk is slated to get the start tonight instead of Khabibulin. Dubnyk sits at 3-5-0, 2.88 GAA and .902 SV%. Ready for a big game?
- Columbus had a tough go of it at the beginning of the season, but they’ve taken seven points out of their last possible ten. Vaclav (who somewhere along the line got the nickname ‘Vinny’) Prospal leads the Jackets in scoring with 20 points (6-14-20) in 25 GP.
- Taylor Hall, Ben Eager, and Corey Potter were skating earlier today. Hall is still a while away, but Eager should be closer. And here’s hoping Corey Potter gets cleared in the next ten minutes.
PREDICTION
Been predicting it for some time now, but Paajarvi’s tank has to have a goal in it eventually.
